Your hours increase each year, through your 5^th year of membership.

2^nd year renewal: 120 hours (3 hrs. pre-trial time + 117 hrs. trial time).

3^rd year renewal: 180 hours (3.5 hrs pre-trial time + 176.5 hrs. trial time).

4^th year renewal: 240 hours(4 hrs. pre-trial time + 236 hrs. trial time).

5^th year renewal: 300 hours (4.5 hrs. pre-trial time + 295.5 hrs. trial time).

7…IRS Audit Assistance.

If you or a covered family member receives written notice of an IRS audit on your personal tax return or if the IRS asks (in writing) that you appear at their office concerning your personal return, pick up the phone and call your provider lawyer. They are available to help. This service begins with the return (prepared personally or professionally) due on April 15^th of your first membership year.

If you need additional services not otherwise covered by your plan benefits, your provider law firm provides a 25% discount off their standard hourly rate.

A Few Personal Notes.

* Being a single parent of four, I’ve always been relatively poor and even thinking about hiring an attorney has always been out of the question.
